  Ummmmm I think this is going to be a bad situation for people who relinquish their social security number to these people. Didn't even know I had done business with these people and I find a bill in collections. Thanks a lot for even calling it mailing me. Now I have a beg mark on my credit report to deal with aughhhh!! ( Not even sure why:()

  Had x ray's done here, it was fully paid at time of visit but they lost the receipt. I continued to tell them they simply had to check their payment records to see they took the money and it was paid. They told me I had to prove it. I sent them a copy of my bank statement. They ignored it and took me to collections. I got at least a 100 collections calls. I continued to tell them it's paid. They refused to even look into it. I called Radiology associates directly multiple times and they also refused to look into it. It wasn't until I filed a BBB complaint that they finally checked, and what a surprise they found my receipt sitting there the entire time! Probably took them 2 minutes to find it, meanwhile they kept me in collections for almost a year, and a horrible collection agency too, they even gave them my work phone number which isn't even legal to call for collections. If they are this dumb when it comes to keeping track of a receipt do you really want them keeping track of any of your medical stuff?

  horrible! I submitted my insurance info to them THREE times and they sent a bill to collections!!! My daughter was born premature and has full health coverage!!! i am so IRATE with them!
